- Provide clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector for anyone over the age of 18 in the home.
- Provide one family reference.
- Participate in meetings with potential care givers.
Our Responsibilities
- Create tailored job posting and recruit candidates for your position.
- Screen resumes and interview qualified care givers.
- Verify credentials. At minimum they are required to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector and valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
- Complete two childcare related reference checks.
- Negotiate and draft an employment contract as per the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
