Our Local Nanny Placement service helps families find trusted caregivers for live-in or live-out positions, including full-time, part-time, casual, long-term, and short-term placements. We carefully screen and match nannies to ensure the best possible fit for your family.
Short-Term Nanny Placements provide temporary care for families needing support for eight weeks or less. This service includes daytime nannies, night nannies, mother’s helpers, and non medical elder care. Perfect for schedule gaps, recovery periods, travel, or when you simply need extra help at home.
Casual – Long Term placements are ideal for families who need consistent support for 15 hours or less per week. This option provides reliable, ongoing care for needs such as occasional childcare, after-school help, or flexible weekly support.
Long-Term placements are ideal for families needing 16 hours or more of care per week on an ongoing basis. This option provides consistent, reliable childcare support tailored to your family’s schedule and needs.
Some placements require additional time and specialized candidates. High-demand placements may include international, rural or remote locations, travel roles, live-in positions, preemie care, multiples, higher-needs children, or children with special needs. We also provide support for families navigating the LMIA application process when hiring internationally. Due to the unique requirements of these roles, additional sourcing and screening may be necessary.
Our Au Pair Placement program connects Canadian families with international au pairs, assists international au pairs seeking placement with families in Canada, and supports Canadian au pairs looking for opportunities abroad. We provide guidance throughout the process to ensure a successful match and a positive cultural exchange experience for everyone involved.
This service supports families in Canada seeking an au pair placement for six months or less. We assist with sourcing, screening, and matching families with suitable au pair candidates while providing guidance throughout the placement process to ensure a smooth and successful cultural exchange.
Designed for families seeking longer-term au pair placements of more than six months, this service includes candidate sourcing, screening, and personalized matching. We support both families and au pairs through the process to help create a stable, rewarding placement and cultural exchange experience. Add a description about this item
